The park is located on both sides of 13th Street in the North End of Boise. A small parking lot is located at the end of 9th Street.
Although the park is dog friendly, dogs are not allowed in the water. Some of the trails are not safe for dogs, so it is wise to keep your canine companion on a leash.
Hiking
Camel’s Back Park in Boise, ID is the city’s most popular hiking location. Located in the Boise Foothills, this trailhead is home to some of the most beautiful views of the city. The park’s Community Stage, located on the north side of the park, is a surprisingly impressive feat of construction. It’s the newest addition to the park’s many amenities, and serves as a centerpiece of the park.
